Though rooms were spacious but were stinking and not properly maintained. Further the complimentary break-fast was not good and usually stale

Good and friendly resort. All persons in the resort very helpful and everyone provided what we need it. Good to go who are all planning to visit or stay in this resort.

Was a pleasant start for 3 nights with my family. Staffs were polite and humble. Awesome service and property with coffee plantation. Swimming pool was neat and clean

Nice stay, large rooms. Good place to spend time with friends / family. Food was good. Camp fire gave a good vibe

Rooms are big and maintained though it old property. Food options are too limited and not up to mark as this property outside the city so we should have options in house.

Service was very slow and had to ask for every small things. Towels were not provided on time, no mosquito coil, food was below average, specially roti. Door lock was faulty and had to get it replaced. Same with toaster, it was faulty on first day and they did not fix it on second day also. Overt so so experience and it killed the excitement to live in property surrounded by trees and cool weather

It’s was horrible to stay there … rooms were pathetic and no service of any kind… even intercoms were not working … really bad experience

Worst hotel ever seen, no service no amenities available, this is not a resort. Waste of money and time

The property is very old and not maintained. The money they charge is not worth it. The rooms smells like garbage.

The resort is 5 kms away from madikeri city. The approach to resort is good. It’s surrounded by greenery. The buffet breakfast was decent. The food ordered was tasty and good. The whole resort is managed by a bunch of boys. Didn’t find any responsible manager or so there. The property is old. Maintenance of common area is only ok ok. Overall a good stay.

Big rooms, clean, good swimming pool also good location with coffee plantation. Small shop near by with mrp prices. Town is a bit far.

Room is fine and spacious. Ambience is also ok though resort is small. I have stayed 2 days. First day food is good but second day is pretty bad. Not at all hygienic. Observed insects in corn flakes and surprised to see tomato rice as breakfast.

Resort is little away from city, kms from raja seat, offbeat location, peaceful, friendly staff, clean and hygienic pool, big spacious room, balcony with every room, tasty food.

First their rooms are not ready as i already called in morning and check in after 7 pm. Second ac is not working as heater is not provided so i used ac instead of that. Third cleanness is not good as they dont change bedsheets and cover of pillows. Power problem is common but it's not worried too much. Morning breakfast is also slow that we have to wait and swimming pool water is not change as we can not swim in that because of dirty water.

The owner / care taker of this property mr. Desai is a very nice person, always ready to help. Things happen, when you talk to him - period. On the location - this is about 6km from the hub of madikeri. Very remote and it takes a while to get there. Cab drivers and auto-drivers don't know much about this place. And they charge extra to get here. On the property - it was ok. Very small - may be around 15 individual rooms. Rooms are very spacious but mattresses, pillows, drapers - quality and hygene were very poor. Ac in our room was dripping through the night whenever we were using them. Staff - they are very helpful and responsive. Food & beverages options - given the property is very remote, there are no food options around - you've to drive to madidkeri. The food menu in this resort is good, and food was very tasty. Tea was awesome. Nearby places - it' all a drive away. Madikeri has few limited food option for vegetarian and shopping options. Most of them were expensive. You're better off to shop on the way side shops instead. I'd highly rate mr desai for his attention, but i don't think it's value for my money.

We had a great stay at ananya greens. Location is not that far from madikeri town but is nestled between coffee plantation. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Be aware that there might not be good network connectivity but once you reach the property, you are well connected with wifi. It becomes very dark in the evening and feels like nature has taken over. Rooms are spacious but the woodwork is pretty old and needs attention. Breakfast is very good and they have a kitchen for make to order food items which is good. Overall a pleasant stay.
