From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality by the receptionist, who was not only kind but also incredibly helpful in providing information about the hotel and local attractions. This level of customer service set a positive tone for my entire stay. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the dining experience. The food at 21 palms was simply excellent. Each meal was delicious, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, providing a great start to my days. Housekeeping also deserves special mention. They were attentive and always willing to assist with any requests. The staff ensured that my room was clean and well-stocked with essentials, making me feel right at home. Overall, my stay at 21 palms hotel was a delightful experience. Rooms are a bit small and bathrooms not up to mark. It-her than that good. Front deist staff is courteous, even accomadated an hr late checkout. Located in a good area. The restaurant affiliated is nice too.

Food was good, staff wasn’t polite. Rooms were okayish. Overall hospitality was average. Definitely not going back

Property is located at good location where are business centre of pcmc are nearby. Breakfast menu was limited but good quality. Rooms are smaller and amenities are not much. Staff is decent. Negative is bath towel they kept in the room, has many stains. Car parking is available at basement.

Ac did not worked for whole night and same was working when checked in. It seams that was switched off from some remote location. Tv was not recharged.

It has costly food and beverages, and the rooms are good very nice, clean rooms and sufficient storage

Location of the hotel is excellent. It was clean and bed was comfortable. However, toilet is little below par and should be upgraded. Overall stay for 2 nights were good.

I need mastersize bed in my booking but there was not available and the hotel issued the room with twin beds. I was totally disappointed. Need to have clarity about the beds available while booking
