The provided room was very congested in comparison to the photos visible. The owner completely denied providing the room that was shown in the picture due to rate issue. Not sure if picture or the owner’s fault and misbehaviour but my trip was ruined because of this.

Rooms look very different from those shown in pics.. Room rent is much higher than the quality of rooms offered and hotel needs some major renovation, especially it's restaurant.

I had a decent stay at the place. Recipient staff, location was easily accessible. Nearby availability of good transit and food facilities.

Extremely dirty hotel, not even basic hygiene in place. Breakfast was also extremely bad and they were not even willing to make a cup of tea as per our choice. Please avoid

Toilet smells in the room and corridor. Room view is also terrible. What they show in pic what they serve at check intime. Compare both i provide original pic i also find insect in room.

Overall the experience was nice. Staff was polite. Food was good. The only thing that i missed was that the room landline was not working.

I didn't like anything there. First of i reached late night. And as soon as i entered their room ac wasn't working. However they change the room. But this should have been checked by them earlier rather than making the guest wait. Plus. The reception staff. Omg. Too much clingy. And just dying for reviews only. The bathroom was also smelling. The carpet and the floor was full of dust. The room cutlery was full of hair strands. The bed blanket was torn from one side. I just spent my night somehow because i was terribly tired due to traveling alot.

The room and the washroom was not as expected. The food and the service was satisfactory. The staff was helpful. But services could be better.

Overall it’s poor: pros of the room is the size is good for 4 people and food is also good. But the problem is the staff is quite unprofessional. They gave us the room at 4 floor and i stayed with my parents of age +60, in 24 hrs stay there lift was stop working twice and there were no one who can take immediate action. They asked us to go up to the room via stairs which is difficult for my parents. In the night ac was not working and the room was suffocating, there was no window and when i call at the reception around 3 am no one answering the call. So it’s like no matter what emergency you have they are not going to attend you in the night.

Average stay. Rooms are small, there are better rooms available in haridwar at this price. The location provided on the maps is different from the actual location. The tea and food served was below average. There are no rooms available for drivers.

Room was good. Service was good. Location is near to hear ki paudi around 2. Km. Google map shows 10km because not aware of new under passes. Breakfast was not good. Less options with not good taste

Clean, quite and great staff. Parking available. A park is near thd property for kids to play. At night it's very silent. In the morning you can hear the birds singing. With a rail line running at a distance running trains sound will be exiting for kids. Back side touches forest

Ac remote was missing, food was horrible during dinner. Room was not clean. Hotel ambiance was good and breakfast was good. However there is a shortage of manpower. Location is good and there was no issues in parking.

Property was good in terms of location and amenities. Staff was courteous and good but there is still scope for improvement in services. Food needs a check on time consumed for preparation and the cost to quantity being served. Overall a decent experience.

The stay was amazing. Staff miss chavvi was very polite and cooperative. Food was amazing just like home and also all the staff was very supportive at every stage
