Small rooms and no space for having food in the room, you have to eat on the bed by putting papers,

I had a wonderful stay,The place was clean and comfortable, everything i needed was provided, would like to come in future

Poor food quality Location wise also not good

1. Washroom was clean but there was no hot water and there were no toiletry also 2. Room was unhygienic and not maintained properly.

I booked 5 rooms for 11 people at this property with pre payment .Place was under maintenance , i was not informed about that while booking. It was full of dust and everything. Online they have mentioned they have pool but when i checked in pool was not functional. Rooms were very small and different from photos. Even the phone was not working . They did not give us any dental kit or towels or handwash anything .I booked 5 rooms for 11 people which was out and clear conveyed to them still they did not provide any extra mattress for triple occupancy . When I asked for extra room, even they could not provide me that. Though there was not a single proper thing in the service of the property during the stay, while checking out they charged me extra for triple occupancy. Very bad service. Should not visit this place . There are far better options out there with lesser tariff.

They have 2 staff member also the room are too dirty as you can imagine. It’s better too stay in doormatry rather than this hotel Also all the good review are fake. Never ever book this hotel as there way more difference between image shown on website and actual rooms

Fraud hotel, pool is only for showooff u cant use it, poor staff taking extra money in the name of fake reasons

The rooms shown in the picture are not at all like that. It was so small and dirty. The hotel was not clean and the bedsheets were also dirty and torn. Very bad experience and not at all worth the price they are taking.

it's a very cheap hotel. The taste of food is so bad they didn't know how to serve/room service. Room was very dirty and un maintained so I don't want to recommend to anyone for stay in this hotel. Room size was very small no extra sitting area and other many problems is there.

In My booking clearly mentioned complimentary breakfast included but Hotel Staff denied to accept, I have confirmed twice but both time they denied

The rooms were poorly managed. Instead of 3 deluxe rooms they give one deluxe and 2 classic rooms. Walls of room were in bad shape due to moisture.

I have opted room with breakfast but breakfast is not provided they told me it was not mention in our system

check in and check out was smooth..but they give only 2 tiny 500ml bottles in room ..if you want more then you have to pay 15 rupees for 500 ml .overally room was good

I booked a suite room including breakfast. But hotel staff said there was no breakfast included. I called the customer care and they told that it is included. But hotel denied it. I left hotel without having breakfast that i paid for. Seriously i will never recommend this hotel although i have been staying in this hotel for last one year.

The room was not clean, they dont have have ac control remote, there were stains in the bed sheet and the blanket the room was dusty the hot water jar and the cups were smelly only the food was good but was overpriced too
