The Novelty Hotel 5 min from Kanpur Central

The hotel was in a shady location. The rooms were not even in a closed area. The entire lane had shops in which one of them was my room. Not at all safe for women. No curtains at open windows. So much of shop noises at night. The food was also very average. The cleanliness of the room was decent.

It was a very warm stay at hotel, neat and clean rooms. Staffs were polite. Having good amenities with cafe and cinema hall. Would like to stay again in future.

Bad location. It's not a hotel rather a banquet hall. Noise around. Shops in front of the room. How can mm t recommend such property?

A very well maintained hotel with nicely decorated and well equipped rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a funky, modern design and the food is very good, although some items on the menu are occasionally not available. Although the location is central in kanpur giving good access to the city, the immediate surroundings are rundown.

Very nice hotel with helpful friendly staff. Very good comfortable rooms. The classic rooms are well equipped. Though some rooms are a little older and look a little 'tired, they are still in very good order. Although the surrounding area leaves a little to be desired, the hotel is a peaceful oasis to return to.

Staff were cordial. Located in market area. Food was ok. There was some outside noise coming in the room, but that's ok.

Property location is very poor, hotel is next to meet shops and type of c category location and shops are located just next to my room, i really seen first time hotel rooms and shops are in the same row.

The property location is very central and staff and management were very polite, friendly and helpful. Truly very grateful for their guidance, advise and tips about my solo adventure. They even secured my bus travel for me. Thank you.

There were no water supply in bathroom and ac was not working properly. Even after several calls we didn't get water supply and we get out without taking bath. It's really worst experience we have ever had.
