1. Food - I have taken complementary breakfast, lunch & dinner. 2. Breakfast is having multiple varieties, south Indian, north Indian, so we can take as per our interest. All varieties are very much tasty. 3. It is in prime location & easily accessible to major defence customers HAL, Air force station. Also it is 15 min from kNour railway stn 4. Facility: hotel is having all the facilities required for traveller's like, heater. Ac. Water kettle, tv, working table & room size spacious.

Only 5-6 items in breakfast, in Reception Manager & staff change the rate, if you going to check the rooms. They change the room amt 1900 to 2500 plus gst in 5 minute. Manager not talking properly.

I am a regular client of this hotel, yesterday I reached late and had to leave early. I advised about me leaving early at reception to Mr.Shubam Shrama at reception. By 5.30 am he got prepared and packed breakfast for me to carry with me. which left me with a very good impression as the quanity and way of packing was very very good. Thanks for a great service to the hotel and it's staff.

Hotel looks nice but rooms were very small. Rooms fit for two adults only if you have one kid, you can’t accommodate. Food was good and ambience also very good. Hotel charges dormitory for drivers, this is not general practice. Free accommodation provided everywhere for drivers. Hotel management must change this. Rest was good

Red orchid, kanpur - the entire team shown professional attitude right from check in to check out. Room and washroom had excellent decor, modern amenities matched with great room service. Quality of food in the in-house restaurant was unexpectedly awesome. Whether it was north indian or south indian cuisine, taste was equally good. Overall it was a pleasant stay with in most competitive tariff.
