Terrible Stay

It was located in village it was very difficult to reach there and facilities was also not good…. It was really a bad experience for me to stay there. I haven’t taken pictures

Staying at this place will save your money. You have to order from outside for food. Also the place is 15-20 min away from main bus route. Every time you have to order cab to reach nearest city point.

It’s my little piece of advice to everyone who’s planning to book this hotel. First of all it’s very hard to locate and is situated in the interior area of shimla, secondly the service provided isn’t good at all no reception and nobody answers your phone if u need anything, thirdly the food they serve is terrible i would just say u won’t be able to swallow it. Please don’t waste your time and money for this.

Rude staff, food is very bad, bathrooms dirty

Bathrooms are really bad. We got electrocuted trying to take Bath. The manager is rude and blames us for the dirty room even before we check in. This is the first Hotel charging money for hot drinking water in a hill Station that too in winter. The service is bad. Please avoid this place of you are visiting Shimla.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but as far as my record your were allotted a 3-bed deluxe room instead of booking a double bedroom and the caretaker went to your service for repairing or checking that whether there were as kind of shocks and there were no problem and for hot water it is chargeable and it was not included in your booking voucher. Yours have checked-in before 12 pm so the rooms will be dirty.

Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh is full of beautiful natural beauty. Amongst all those is located Hotel Subita Bnb. The Hotel is beautiful and clean along with nice, working facilities. The stay was awesome and is preferable if visited again.
