It’s a great place, very clean and well maintained. Food was great and so were the prices. Staff is very courteous and I had an amazing time. Will definitely come back again!

Property location is very good. Also property seems to be new compared to other surrounding properties. Room was large enough, balcony is there. Ammenities are good, but food is terrible. It was salty, we have our lunch on first day and after that we went outside for the food

Our stay at shivsagar resort was amazing. The staff is very polite and ready to help with anything. The food is excellent, freshly made and very tasty. Do try their seafood its damn yummy. They have wide range of cuisine for all age groups. We had booked a royal suite as my daughter wanted a bath tub. The room was neat and clean and the washroom was big with all modern amenities. Do try the jeep safari, a service which the hotel offers at a nominal rate. They show you some interiors of Panchagani which is mesmerizing. The rain and the cold weather made the whole experience magical. We had a good stay and will come again.

We stayed for 2 nights at Shiv Sagar Resort & Spa and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was well-maintained, neat, and clean, with an excellent bathroom. The balcony offered a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. The food was outstanding – prepared exactly as per our instructions and always served on time. Room service was prompt and courteous, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend Shiv Sagar Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar.

Food and services are horrible! Worst stay wver! The spa is for namesake, services are never available.

Food was pathetic and had a bad taste and smell Even the cook didn't have any idea on qty. of salt and sugar to be added in food. On the balcony attached to the room the Cat was sitting full evening and didn't let us sit there and enjoy even after repeated complaint nothing was done.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We were particularly impressed with its quiet location, which allowed for a truly restful experience. Our room was spacious and clean, providing all the necessary comforts for a great stay. The swimming pool was well-maintained and very clean. The indoor games were engaging for my kid, which was a huge plus. The restaurant served decent food with a good variety of options. Most importantly, every member of the staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the dining room. Their friendly and professional manner made our stay even more enjoyable.

I would say it was very luxurious stay,rooms were very net and tidy. all basic needs were available in hotel. game zone was good. breakfast was super delicious. all the workers and other people were so good to us.
