Great location but unfinished resort

Unlike all other tree of life resorts, this one is the ugly duckling of the brood. The location is perfect for a quite stay away from the city, excellent stay for pets and children with lots of space to play. However, the place is simply put, unfinished. Half of the rectangular plot is just farmland. The food is great with good portions, but an extremely limited menu with overpriced dishes is not what you expect ten minutes away from agra city. Food prices are akin to other tree of life properties but they are miles away from the city.

groupThe property was nice, clean, comfortable and the staff quick to help. However, it lacked a reception and in general an easy way to communicate with the staff if not through whatsapp. I really liked the concept though and once it is fully up and running, it is a very nice place to stay.

It was a very good stay specially for our golden boy - the property is pretty well maintained, green and staff is very courteous. The housekeeping service was also good and location is also great. It took us just 15 minutes to reach taj mahal entry gate so even that was good. The best part was that out pet could roam around freely and enjoyed the place a lot. It was price adequately just the food menu could be improved by providing more custom orders rather than just sticking to tiffin service. Plus down the line the property can plan to have a open/closed restaurant as well so that some meals like breakfast can be served in the restaurant itself.

Great place to stay with your fur babies. I went there with my two golden retrievers and had a wonderful time. The places are very clean, great food and prompt service.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are well designed and have all the amenities. It's a great stay over the weekends or to rejuvenate yourself in the nature. The food menu is on the pricier side though, but delicious taste.

Stay was simply amazing, the property is serene and relaxing all needs taken care of, food being a great experience also; the mutton prep was to die for and all and everything inclusive just sheer great experience of stay that one can wish for; only 4 properties are there on the site - and the ecotainers are made fabulous

Location was the only downside to this calm, green, fresh stay in a crowded city like agra. The approach to the hotel was a little off-putting, however the rooms, the ambience and the service will soon make up for it. On the other improvements needed: food menu needs to be expanded, wi-fi was extremely poor.

Poor Stay

The entire property didnt had even 1 extra blanket. It got too cold at night, room heater wasnt enough as the rooms are not airtight and made of containers, they get very cold. We asked for an extra blanket and they clearly said they dont have an extra one available. This is very shocking considering that they have only 4 rooms and not that big a place to manage.

Firstly if you are someone who doesnt like indies (dogs) walking in your room and begging for your attention or birds of all kinds chirping away at the crack of dawn and have an aversion to dirt and bugs this place is not for you, please do yourselves a favour and go to the other million resorts and hotels, this place caters to pets mainly and then to their humans. Pets have access to the entire property, unlike anywhere else that i have stayed with my pet. The most well thought out little room/containers with all your modern amenities and tons of open space around. The rooms have these huge windows that give you a feeling of outside even when inside. They have great wifi connection and a smart tv in the room. There is attention to details in whatever you look at from the light fixtures, to the beautiful water glasses, to the bright blue tiles in the shower and so much more. The greens are truly green and have a little organic kitchen garden, and space to play games like badminton, carrom etc. Coming to the hospitality now. The team at this resort are probably the nicest people i have ever met. People working at the resort including rinku, harinder who we interacted the most with, are so genuinely invested in making you feel comfortable and happy that you will feel at home. Right from the moment we stepped in we were made to feel special and well taken care of. Everything was made available even before we asked for it. The staff is very informative and interactive, they would speak to us and our pet very lovingly, inform us about the property and the village around. Needless to say we are going to come again and i am confident this is going to be a regular in our monthly staycations. Looking forward to seeing the other properties during our travels.
