Property was in Fort Kochi area very near to the sea beach. Located in a narrow lane, yet accessible by car. Tea/coffee materials were provided in the morning. AC was working with neat and clean room and bathroom. Geyser was available. Moreover the owner was a gentleman and we had a very pleasant stay there.

soloLovely family homestay tucked in a quiet local neighborhood, only a 10 minute stroll to the famous fishing net beach area. Mornings are filled with birdsongs and pretty flowers enjoyed from the patio. Space are immaculately kept with gorgeous wooden furniture. Coffee, tea, kettle, cups, napkins, games, books, marble floors, stocked bathrooms - a perfectly kept place. I wished to stay longer!

Mr. Thomas and his family is a great host. The room was very clean and so was The bathroom. They are very forthcoming to provide history of The area as their family has been there for ages. They give you privacy when you need it and are Around to help with anything. On my husband's request we were provided tea every morning as well as cutlery to use, we were free to use The common area, sit outside as well as roam freely in The lawn. Mr. Thomas is very generous and hospitable and I recommend this place to everyone.
