We had a wonderful stay at Ontonia in Panchgani! The property was clean, well-maintained, and the pool was a definite highlight. The caretakers were courteous and helpful throughout our visit, making the experience smooth and relaxing. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Otonia, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The property was excellent, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The in-house staff were incredibly supportive and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the indoor pool, which was very well maintained with clean, crystal-clear water and a relaxing jacuzzi. It was a favorite spot for both the adults and kids. The property is nice, but we arrived late at 8 p.m., and the caretaker recommended we order food from a specific place, which turned out to taste awful. He mentioned that cooking wasn't allowed, but didn’t object when we did. At checkout, he asked for money to clean the utensils we used, also he refused when we asked him to mop the bathroom tiles. Overall a good experience

Decent property with good rooms and advantage of indoor swimming pool. Not particularly safe for kids as 2 rooms open directly towards the pool. The stairs also are not suited for an infant. Villa is pretty decent and peaceful. Adults or kids of 5+ age can enjoy. Although a little more attention can be made for privacy, especially if proper curtains can be added in rooms. Staff was courteous, though the caretaker was a little rude to the helper but now to us as guests. Overall the stay was good but for the same price range other properties can also be considered.

Very bad experience

We stayed at the property for two nights. But the property was too much costly. It was not valued for money at all. The caretaker also was not cooperative. They charged extra for kitchen, rooms and cleanliness. There was no privacy or security. I do not want to recommend this property to others.

The indoor pool is 7 feet deep no railings. There is no way you can leave your kids Around. Be prepared to get added to Vistavillas promotion list and receive unwelcome text messages from Vista. They only do lip service. No actual work plus add you to something without your consent.

Satisfied with all the facilities, they have an indoor pool as well. The caretaker was available, service was good. A recommendable place for family stays. Had a wonderful time here.
