The day on which Ur saying U paid /- for 2 nights means /- per night…it includes the hoteL charges,mmt charges & taxes..that too these 2 dates were the years most rushy dates due to Dev DiwaLi…most of our respected guests not even get a room to stay for as it is too too busy this day..the WORTH is U had a comfort stay said by U already to our manager on Ur check out,Regards TeamKedarGanga.

Room was so suffocating, please go for other options as we booked ac triple bed room and ac was not working that too in jun e so very well u can understand the situation. They are not able to provide cold water.

With all due respect mam one should always say the whole truth,As we have already mentioned that AC and Geyser being provided on power supply only But you didn’t even bothered to see the details as chech in time already mentioned as 10 in morning and you all came 5:30 in early morning,We still provided the same trippLed bed ac room booked by you that too without any extra charge,at night when electricity cut almost for 35 minutes,hence AC stopped which is obvious,Now You created a big mess which disturbed the other guests also,still we gave U another deLux room asked by you instead of that U called our senior manager and used abusing language which is not at all a match to his dignity & seniority.So we have nothing more to say but We pity you.Regards TeamKedarGanga!

Hot water was not available 2nd day. Adharcard is must for entry no other government id card is acceptable. It is inside galley it is quite difficult to locate. Taxi service is not available. Toiletries not provided. Bathroom is too small. Only one towel provided for 2 days. Comparing facilities and size rate is too high not worth it. Never recommend for families especially from far distance

Make my trip always hide the truth

The hotel is good for family/solo trip, rooms are excellent but small, the behaviour of hotel stuffs are also good, but the hotel has one major con the lane to the hotel is filled with waste dump and cow dung for which the environment becomes unhygienic which leads to poor rating.

As far as the lane’s dump waste & cow dung is concerned, in varanasi cow’s are treated as the mother animal so there’s nothing unhygienic as such however on that day monkey’s, street dogs snatched the waste bag in the lane. Usually the lane stays safe & clean. Still we feel sorry for your inconvenience. Regards. Team kedar ganga.

Room location is little bit typical to reach. It is in congested in road and car parking is not available but hotel was good in living and service is also good. It is good to stay for one night but more than two nights it will be costly because you have to pay for car parking another place 30 rs/hour majda car parking approx 700 meter in main road so hotel + tax +car parking whole night from evening you will have to pay near about rs as usually i paid and stayed 2 nights so i paid. Owner was telling to maintain parking with tie up with another but it will be also paid up so first contact to owner then book this hotel.

Thank u so much for your extreme support sir, as we all know banaras is better known as "galiyon ka sheher" so it is a bit conjusted to almost every hotel which is situated near kashi vishwanath temple, almost all the near by hotels are bound to provide paid parking in mazda, beniyabagh & pd r parking places, we request to all our respectable guests to park their vehicles to banaras railway station or varanasi cantt railway station, their it is much cost effective, from their paid tot o & auto are easily available, this will be much cheap in cost in compare to the city parking places, regards team kedar ganga.
