very poor management. No house keeping staff... Biggest issue don't communicate except in Tamil language.

Extremely poor. Very unclean and poor stay experience. Staffs were not helpful. The bedsheets and bathroom were very dirty. This is not worth the money.

Worst case scenario from entry to exit don’t even think of this property. Ask for extra amount but can’t provide necessary facilities also.

Rooms are neat but they mentioned ac room. But they simply say ac is not working. I paid ac room but i stayed with out ac. It’s horrible stay

The room doesn’t provide a blanket, towel or any toiletries the room wash room door is broken and the jet spray doesn’t work nor the hot water tap works and also there are a lot of cockroaches and no wifi for the customer

No greetings at entrance. The room was okay but the bed was horrible. The bed sheet were stained and the pillows look completely unchanged from the last guest. Strands of hair could be found on the pillows as well as bed sheet. When ask to remove the bed sheet and replace with a new one, the helper just kept on reminding it's a clean one and no need to change. The goodnight repellent was outdated or wasn't in used for ages which is visible by the condition of the bottle. The bathroom was clean and neat but mosquitoes all over the place. For a day or two it would be great as it is located near the market area but for longer period not a good place. The lobby was dirty and the forth floor towards the lift was fill with piles of mattress. Oh fun fact there's a lift to 4th floor but it's blocked by the pile of mattress, so have to use the stairs. 2.5/5.

The fundamental problem is they have very rude staff and the rooms are misportrayed. What you see is not what you get. I got a room with AC and fan not working which is next to impossible in Chennai. To circumvent this problem I asked for another room, for which I was charged extra. This room was quite good and well maintained. There is no room service so you'll have to go out of the guest to buy even smallest of things. Lift went out of order and the management do not care about it. My family had to suffer as I travelled with aged folks. I would not prefer or recommend this property.
