Really the experience MMT and there hotels have given to me ... Poor rooms poor room service and poor customer service. Won't ever recommend to anyone to use it ... Two hotel bookings both sucked MMT didn't replied to my emails even ...

Though I informed the hotel about delay of my flight, the hotel Manager cheated me and given an ugly room in some other hotel, and they switched off air conditioner after 1 hour. I could say, very poor service from Hotel City Lite and I would not prefer next time

It was very bad experience. I went to receive my husband from airport but he was very disappointed with this hotel booking.
Clean room well and behave well with guest. And bathroom should be kept clea. Well I think who is the owner of this hotel you should change your staff member they have very ego and they behave very badly with us.

This is the worst hotel any good family can't even think of living in such a hotel. The pictures in Make My Trip is all fake actually it is a very bad hotel. Seeing the room I didn't even check-in at the hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever. Apart from the dirt, filth, demeaning service and the poor food quality below are the comments : The door didn't have a lock. The room service doesn't knock while coming in. One of them walked in the bathroom and saw me naked twice and commented on the same. The reception called me twice for any additional service which meant call girls. I saw many call girls in the hotel at night. Please do not book it.
