Golden Plaza Guest House

No drinking water. TV and wifi was not working. the money went to waste. over all not good.

managment was very poor.i found this guest house in this app only.please if you have to stay book it for short period otherwise it would be long for suffering.but it is good for solo traveller.there is no restaunt in guest house for complimentary breakfast.

The service or the management of this guest house is very poor as per family trip. I found this property on make my trip only with three star but now i would like to give it 2 star because of there management.

We got confirmation through make my trip but after reaching hotel the owner is not accepting the booking she is telling i won’t accept do what ever you want

I didn't have very pleasant experience at golden plaza guest house. Shower was not working in the bathroom. Commode had no jet attached. Though the behaviour of receptionist was good but wish basic facilities would have been taken care of. Thanks!

I loved my stay over here, everything was smooth and comfortable. Near bedsheet, to clean rooms. It's a well maintained property

The corridor, steps and overall areas were very clean, all amenities in the room were good, staff were friendly and cleaning staff was good

Room is too small. Even two persons can move in room. Bathroom is like a matchbox. The tap water. Geyser is not working. Stains in all the walls. Ac on the room is not properly worked. Room is not properly cleaning. The dinner plates of previous guests was remain on the room. Very disappointed. Don't visit here. Its totally waste of money.

No drinking water was provided. After asking repeatedly, one bottle was provided. Breakfast was complementary but it was not served at 8:20 am, so i had to leave without having breakfast

I have ordered a plate of dinner from the outside hotel where the manager carried the food to me in the room. While asking for plate they said will charge rupees 2 for each plate. That makes me feel so bad.

Hotel was not at all as given in the picture s. Basin tap don't work, no ac temp controler, tv is there but don't start, bed and sheets full of stains but by any chance if u put any new stain over their bedsheets and pillow cover then u will have a fight with hotel manager and they won't mercy in harassing you.

Location of the hotel is ok. Hospitality of the hotel also okay type. Hotel staffs are also supportive type.

Located at tag-ore park. Easily accessible place. Locality is good and there are many shops and food stalls for essential needs. Staffs are helpful and rooms are good with ac and rv. There is no in house resturant but they provide food from outside as per order. Outside food is allowed.

Please don’t suggest such property

They forced me to pay extra.

Worst kind of owner of hotel and staff and rooms

It's the worst kind of hotel. owner and staff who would force you to pay more for hotel. per day instead of after payment. They force you to book outside at at higher price.

totally unhygienic, service is totally bad, Give only one towel for 2 people, not to change towels everyday, Customer care service is totally Bad, overall bad service and Unhygienic Hotel as far as I have experience in this hotel 😡😡😡

1. No hot water 2.Bed Linens thread 3. No drinking water glasses as had booked for a double occupancy room. 4.No plates spoons and forks in the hotel said by the Room Attendant of the hotel. The RA asked for Rs.10/- for 2 pcs of paper plates I had left with no choice paid for it. 5. Ordered food from a local fast food centre at Picnic Garden,Jol-39. Immediately require attention in the room service, housekeeping and engg.. Room size, mattress,pillows were good.

They have no own restaurant, they served from outside restaurant. But quality of food was avarage.
