The staff was very rude, they are not friendly with customers on my second day they are shouted and denied for stay bcz of my requirement i requested them for that day stay this is a bad experience

Worst hotel. Staff all are very very unprofessional including receptionist. He doesn’t know how to behave with customers. No one useless in this property this receptionist. Ac they set-ed for low power consumption that’s why no coping effects in any room. Tv not working. Room boys not ready to food order and timely not delivering. No cleaning in room all room’s are dirty. Washrooms all pipe leaking 24 hours, these people looking customers like enemies. They want pay on property. They don’t like booked customers

My check was denied. Staffs are very rude. Even you booked. They will entertained and argue that, they are accepting they will ask you pay additional anount

It was a terrible experience. After a tiresome trip the first thing i use to do is to take a bath. But once i entered the room it was so dirty. Naphthalene smell was overpowering. Bathroom full of lime scale deposits. I didn’t bathe. The first thing i did was to book another room in a better area. I was much relieved. I don’t wish to give a single star as this room spoiled my whole days positive energy. Ac was also not working. No mineral water.

In hotel check in, asked for extra money but i refused to give money because i paid, service is very bad, even for water asked 20 times but nobody cares.

Now a days max hotels asking extra money , simply they are saying we cant provide the room what you’ve paid, …when we reach at late night there is no possibility to check-in other hotel, The same issue occured to me

The owner denies for the booking after showing the booking. We called the police to get the room. This happened with almost all the customers on this dates. I will sincerely request to kindly not book this hotel.

Please do not book this hotel if not urgent room cleanliness is poor they won't even provide clean bedsheet. Not good for family

Very worst hotel, management & staff. I never seen this kind of hotel they demand extra money for room no hot water, towel, no room hygiene.

Very bad hotel, they changes extra 500 even i paid full in makemytrip. I stayed in a very small room with broken toilet and ac not worked for 1 night. Request @makemytrip to black list such hotel. By allowing such hotel in your platform you are damaging your reputation.

After reaching hotel the receptionist is asking more money as tax and when i tried to cancel my booking i was not able to do because of application glitches.

Dear all tourist. Please note that this Hotel is not associated with Oyo. I learned it very hard way. With three bags on my head. I came up to this Hotel and they told me it is not associated with Oyo any more. So cut this one out of your list.
