I stayed there 4 night. First and third night I feeled very disappointed because of light cut but overall staff behaviour was good and food also good.

It was an average stay. The staff were friendly and responded well when I raised issues, which I appreciated. The property has potential, but maintenance needs improvement. The AC had a smell when turned on, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and surprisingly, I found a rat in the room. After I complained, the staff quickly moved me to another room. So while the service was good, the overall experience could have been better.

The stay was pleasant and we had a great time, the staff was very co-operative especially Atul was of great help

It’s ok not bad. Ok for one night stay for business trip solo. Near to Lucknow Airport and easy to locate area.

I booked a room at this hotel. I started from Varanasi on 22.03.25 and when I was driving towards Lucknow, I received a call from this hotel. The guy demand more 500 Rs. and said that there is a software lag on account or gave me the option to cancel my booking. it was very difficult for me to call as I was driving with my family. when I reached there, totally drained out from the journey, me and my family only wanted a good night's sleep. But suddenly loud sound of movie songs are started in the hotel as some marriage anniversary function is going on. We can't even sleep after such long journey. On check out, I gave extra 500 Rs. What to say.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (Hotel Name) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Hotel is quite close to the airport. Rooms are very spacious and has all basic amenities. Staff is polite and courteous and service is excellent. Especially Mr Atul at the reception was very helpful in providing us all the needed items including an early morning breakfast.

This hotel is very mass y every wear and not a bed sheet auro comfort are clean auro everything is mass y auro switched bored are not working and staff are not supportive thay are not answering and manager also not answering
