First of all they tried to took us to a different house boat then what was promised upon reaching the loaction, when we confronted them then they moved us to another one, the booking was done for ghat no12, but they gave us houseboat near ghat no 9. Their owner mr. had promised us initially for no charges of crossover pick and drop from road to houseboat and return during the stay, but when we landed in houseboat he denied it and told that we are lying, we had no option then to pay him additionally these charges.
