Good Stay
The resort location is good and just a minute walk from the jungle safari point of gorumara national park. The rooms are clean and designed beautifully taking care of minute details. Also, the staff behaviour is good, especially the manager who is extremely polite and prompt in action. However, one of the main problems here is the water availability. We faced water shortage in extreme crucial moments and this needs to be checked. Other than this, everything was good about this resort.

The manager, s behaviour is very rude and the food is like wastage money. No quality of food. Want to learn more.

Excellent Stay
familyThe property is excellent, it was just home away from home. Mr. Somnath was an excellent host, we just felt so special by his service. Food was so good just as per our taste. I will recommend this property for all tourist. You must visit and can avail the service of mr. Somnath.

Lodging is good but less staff, room bed cover is not clear, sofa also not clear. They don't know about booking. They not ready room as tbey don't know, food is ok, but breakfast not good

This property is terrible
Guys please dont stay here as construction work is going here. Moreover murti river is not at all visible from there ground floor rooms. Only two people are working here. They are cooking, they are giving service to all guests.

We are sorry to say this in public but there has been towel , ashtray and glass missing from our rooms after your check out . We try our level best to satisfy our customers and at times we do fail even after giving 100% which gives us reason to improvise . But there are guests even at times who makes it difficult for us to try to make things better. Yes Homes Hospitality is a brand created to cater best services at affordable price and reviewed by thousands of guests as one of the best accommodation providers in North Bengal . Each and every staff of every hotels are working day and night to satisfy every customers. Request you please do not mark a black spot on their efforts by giving false reviews and please ensure not check out from any hotel without informing and give time for hotel staffs to check rooms for anything if missing .
Good Stay
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The dinner was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Terrible Stay
Staff behaviour is not good, rooms are not ready for check in after 12pm, we have to wait for 30 minutes, no soap was given in wash room, foods are not good.
