The hotel denied check-in citing non receipt of confirmation voucher from mm t and shifted the bags out of property to another property promising refund of full monies. However, later on as per mm t the hotel owner has denied refund of monies, which is completely outrageous and unacceptable. All of which happened late evening with no mobile network coverage.

Service of staff is terrible...completely drunk guy.... Doesn't understand human being..... He treats customers like a dog.... Management doesn't care of the thing happened to be inside...Maggie, coffee all the free services are of expired date 2021... Hence nobody dares to touch and they call it FREE of service...

It is the best property in auli. The dome is super clean and cosy. The care taker ankit is extremely helpful. We did bonfire which costs rs 1000 for 2 hours. And ankit is a good cook too. He made chicken for us for dinner and it was yummy. Just like home cooked food.

One of the most unique, breathtaking and perfect places we have ever stayed at. The prices might be a bit too steep but the destination and level of luxury provided at a place like joshimath is unbelievable. The owner has thought of everything from heaters, electric blanks, hot water, kitchenette and an unbelievable view. The caretaker ankit was amazing at his job and also cooked delicious food. He also set up a bonfire for me and my husband. I lovely everything about this place and this has been by far one of the most amazing places i've ever stayed at.
