VITS Has Lost All Trust – Never Again
I made the mistake of booking this property thinking it would be up to the standards of other VITS hotels I’ve stayed at. To my shock, it turned out to be an absolute disaster. This is by far the most pathetic property I have ever checked into. The bedsheets were filthy, the comforter and towels looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, and the curtains were torn. Even the windows were covered in dirt. The receptionist was outright rude and unprofessional — instead of helping, she made the whole experience worse. The rest of the staff seemed uninterested, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. And on top of everything, they ration drinking water to just 500 ml per person per day. Seriously? In a “hotel”? VITS has completely destroyed my trust. This property has no standard, no hospitality, and no sense of what it means to run a hotel. A brand should be reliable enough that guests can book without hesitation, but this experience was the exact opposite. For me, VITS is finished – I will never stay in their properties again. I would not speak for anyone else, but in my opinion, a far better option is to book a good property in Diu and then take a cab to Somnath. At least then you’ll get proper hospitality and value for your money.

The stay was average & the bathroom towel were of very low standard. The breakfast spread was also not upto mark as I have seen in other hotels

If you are looking for good budgeted property, then this is one of the good options. Rooms are neat & clean. Staff is also cooperative. Food is average. So don't choose rooms with breakfast. Select room only option. My overall experience was good. You can travel with your family. No nuisance.

Poor Stay
Most pathetic service, staff at the reception counter are very unwelcoming. They don’t belong to service industry at all, they just don’t want to listen to any service related issue. There is so much noise in the rooms due to ongoing construction work happening at the hotel. When I complained about the same at the reception counter no help was offered from their end. Then I called on MMT helpline number, only then my room was changed from 4th floor to 1st floor. The room offered to me on 1st floor doesn't have toilet seat. Don’t consider this Hotel if you are coming with family.
