Resort was good but services are very poor. I asked for a water but they didn’t give me. During checkout i called to reception for luggage pickup but they didn’t respond. On the service part, the experience was terrible

Hotel manager doesn't know my booking had cnf or not. And room condition not show proper. Hospitality of hotel was not so good. They don't have ever shower stuff eg. Shop, shampoo and tooth pest etc. I don't have images
