Not daily Cleaning , bed as per amount not comfortable, average overall not ok

Need proper maintenance of room quality. Complementary breakfast service is very poor. Breakfast time is 8:30 am and hotel provides at 9 am. All items donot ready on time.

Average stay, semi deluxe room is not so good compared with deluxe rooms. The rooftop restaurant is good. Staff behaviour is good.

Not worthy in this price. Room’s wall filled with cracks, rude staff, poor room service, very less options in breakfast, room bed sheet not clean. Overall avoid this hotel.

It was horrible experience, i am planning to sue all of u party as have make payment on record

Ac not working when electricity cut water tap issue, also the same breakfast in every day

Very bad experience specially hotel rooms are not clean bedroom glass was broken, manager is very rude nature person i will never recommend to anybody to stay in this hotel

This hotel was very clean and modern. The open roof restaurant is just nice. Will have next visit soon

A well maintained and facilitated premises

Centrally located within the city and with no alternate options. Rooms are cozy and quiet. The only down side is the room service and kitchen. I will also add staff training.
