Clean and well Maintained in the heart of the City. Facility for self cooking Complimentary breakfast was very good.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at Urban Residency in Dimapur. While the room was neat and clean, there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The AC in the room was not working properly, making it quite difficult to sleep in the humid weather. Additionally, there was a problem with the water — the taps had very low water pressure, and at times, there was no water at all. To make matters worse, there was no staff available for assistance, and the contact number provided was invalid. This made it nearly impossible to reach out for help. The location shown in navigation apps was also inaccurate, making it hard to find the property. Overall, while the room was well-kept, the lack of basic services and assistance made the experience less than satisfactory. I would not recommend this property unless they address these issues.

Awesome stay comfortable room

The rooms are very clean. The staff is very careful and well behaved. One drawback is this property does not have any restaurant. Other than this the property is very good. Thank you

It was good and pleasant stay here. Hosts were very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean with all the amenities that are needed. Biggest part is that you get a separate kitchen to prepare food.

Stayed for two nights. The rooms were capacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was really hospitable and nice. Overall an incredible experience.
