I was on Chardham tour with family. The location of Hotel is not good. Very dusty area and downstairs. Not good for family

Worst review
No staff was available. Room was in pathetic state. No water is available, broken glass placed on table. And they switched off the light as we enter. Complete dirty with full of dirty people. Local Road Side Dhaba is much better then that. Left the Hotel and switched to separate one after an hour. Kindly refund my amount.

Very basic Hotel but staff is good
Booked with MMT online. The rate at the property was low very basic Hotel. The staff though untrained but very good and well behaved. We booked this Hotel only as it was very near to helipad.

Very poorly managed and service on main Road very noisy. No Gyser in bathroom very bad kitchen no restaurant not recommended at all

Not a good experience
The Hotel doesn't provide hot water for Bath. They charge rupees per bucket if asked for hot water. I had to argue to get it free in morning as this are the basic necessities of hotels. Neither they provide towels, soap and other extras which all the other hotels provide at the same cost. Hotel has good food service but less choices.

Average room, efficient & friendly staff.
We stayed in a Super Deluxe Room for one night. The room itself is small only and does not have even basic facilities such as TV, Phone, WiFi, Geyser etc. So, the rooms are average and it is costly as we do not get value for the money. However, the Hotel staff are excellent and service is excellent. Very friendly and highly flexible. We have no complaints but only compliments to the hotel staff. Recommended for stay only because, of very good service and extremely friendly attitude of the hotel staff.
