I thought that hotel is good as per recent aesthetics But that was not as per my expectations. I usually book fern, pride, parasmahal in udaipur but yesterday room were not vacant there thus I have booked here. But yes staff was friendly here.

Horrible stay . Please don’t go . Washroom was chocked , service was bad and property is not maintained .

The building is very old, first time you will feel horrible, cheap but not recommend, no proper cleaning, light cut, don’t book for a family please

Good Stay
The hotel is located within the main market making all the needs easily accessible. Fatehsagar lake and saheliyon ki bari is also located nearby. Hotel staff is also very helpful and food was very tasty. Bathroom decor however needs to be upgraded a bit

Excellent Stay
Our stay was excellent. To be honest don't expect hi-fi interior and other amenities. However, the care taker, staff and house keeping guys are gem and you would love the hospitality. Most things are nearby only.

We had some great experiences staying at the treebo hotel, the property is good and the rajwadi style, is also awesome.

Good Stay
Hotel regal house is an old kothi converted into a hotel, which is a nice idea. However, it needs better maintenance. We had booked 2 rooms, the bathrooms weren’t very clean & water was coming back up from the drains in our room’s bathroom. Some switches on the switchboards also didn’t work properly. This review is just to provide honest feedback, i hope management will work. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to get around & the breakfast was fine. Mr. Pahad singh was caretaker and his service was best. Overall, i would give it 3 out of 5 stars because it isn’t well-maintained.

Little paradise
The hotel has nice parking facilities, built in heritage style with mix of morden facilities. The staff and the manger have great service attitude with excellence towards guest and their needs. Food is also good, without any doubt.

The hotel was good. Rooms are spacious. The staff was extremely courteous. The people running the show are truly rajasthan with big hearts. Very welcoming. You can have conversations with them and they will make you feel at home with their broad smiles. I would recommend it.

Terrible Stay
It was terrible horrible experience. In this hotel when i wake up in morning we find a dead mouse on bed so my wife shocked and screen loudly but but hotel staff not respond that time so we complaint at reception so they put in dustbin only this is very shocking incident with us i need my refund this is very horrible experience with us.

This is nice hotel to stay with family, it's very near to fateh sagar lake and sahilyon ki bar-hi and not a crowded area. All the main picnic point's are easily accessible, very nice staff, go ahead.
