Worst stay ever

The rooms available were not as per booking. We had booked two rooms for 3 adults each and one room for 2 adults whereas all we got were three rooms for 2 adults each. Also the room size and cleaning facility was poor. The reception staff was not cooperating and least bothering for our concerns. Hotel staff and makemytrip representatives were shifting the onus on each other for this poor booking. Moreover, the room charges on makemytrip were almost double than we found on ground zero while we contacted hotel staff. Overall, the hotel experience was worst i had personally faced and would suggest you not to book hotels on makemytrip as they have no proper linkup with hotels about room capacity and conditions.
