There is no availability of hot water, wifi. I booked again this hotel because there is no availability of other hotel, other than i never booked this.

1. service provided was too bad 2. housekeeping was too bad. found cockroach on the bed 3. There was no means of communication to reception 4. No water and tea provided to the customer through out the day 5. The behaviour of the manager of the restaurant was too bad. 6. Not recommended for further service

Complementary Breakfast was not available when asked he told me to inform to mmmt for deduct the amount from room charge .water bottle also not given at the time of check in as complementary.Overall room was good but ambience was not good

location is ok. food is ok. amenities average. not maintaining well. cub boards broken, rusted and got very old. bed sheets etc not changed well. bathrooms not well. mainly, photos shown on Make my trip are completely fake or may may be 15 or 20 years old photos. rate wise ok but photos are making us fool.
