Review Of Hotel Lotus Paradise

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the negligence I faced this morning. Despite informing in advance to arrange an auto, no proper action was taken. Because of this, I had to rush in great difficulty early morning to reach the railway station on time. Such lapses cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I kindly request you to ensure more responsibility in the future so that these situations do not repeat. I hope you will take this matter seriously.

It was comfortable and good experience. staff was friendly and the rooms are kept neat and tidy. Overall ambience was good.

Room is average (Not worth the price).Food quality and choice of food and menu is pathetic.Breakfast spread is very very limited.Service is pathetic.

They have no dinning place

Room is congested. No any amenities food quality is poor. No break fast at 10 am. Need to improvement in food

Please remember the following feedback: location was good, as it was near the railway station. The room was well-maintained, but there were small issues such as the handles to keep the towels not being available. The most important issue was the limited food availability. In the morning, they didn't start serving food until 8 am, which was too late, especially since customer places are far and remote. There was no proper food available in that area. I suggest the hotel start providing food by 6:30-7 am.

The hotel was not worth it, the rooms ac was not working, front office staff was not responding, breakfast was not good.

Breakfast menu was with very minimal variety

There is no full fledged restaurant. Food is prepared on order, with an incomplete menu. A simple pickle could not be served by them. Food is costlier by their standards. Running hot water is not available. Untrained service boys. Parking cellar was partially draining with mud and water, making it difficult to step in and out of the car. To take the lift, you have to go around from the reception. One lift was under repair. Totally irritating experience.

The rooms are good sufficient space, nice bed, clean bathrooms etc. But the food service is too slow. The menu is too limited. Servings a tea takes over half an hour. Also be while staying there we were requested for tips by hotel staff on multiple occasions.

Very nice people and the hotel is really nice as well. Exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, modern appliances, good shower, checks all boxes.

It is a good property but very poor service and maintenance. Nothing works properly and they have no sense of time

The room was spacious and the property was located nearby rayagada station. Food quality was good and prices was reasonable. Good for family and couple stay.

I had booked a suite. Nearby to the railway station, the hotel is pretty new. Good restaurants, and eateries are also arouund. Clean rooms, good food, staff was quite supportive. All in all, a good stay.

less variety in breakfast

The location is good and the food is also good but the room services are very slow. As they don't have any restaurant but provides room services for all types of snacks and main courses. Don't supply normal water, provides only packaged water. Classic, executive and suite rooms are almost same type only size of rooms are bigger that each other. Sofa and beds are bigger and better than others.
