The service wasn't that good. The Air Conditioner wasn't working, and no one came to fix it. Even the dustbins weren't cleaned.

Place is nothing similar to what is described. It's a shady place. Check-in process is as complicated as it can get as there's no reception. You have to call 10 times to get caretaker's number. Place was completely dirty and sheets looked liked they haven't been changed in last few months. Water bottles weren't provided. Overall a horrible experience. Not recommended for couples at all as it's a place inside a society and residents don't like it at all.

The room was good but if i talk about washroom is smelly and leakage in the bathroom also tap not working properly

I have stayed at taj studios before, but my recent experience at the property in sector 74 was terrible. It took me almost an hour to check-in, and i couldn't find the caretaker's contact number. The property address was ambiguous, and there were no proper directions given. The entrance had almost no security measures and no security cameras. The corridors and lobby areas were shady, and people were smoking openly. The first room offered smelled like smoke, and was insisted to accept it as the smell would dissipate. The second room offered was better, but it lacked proper lighting, basic toiletries (not even a hand towel or soap was there, water bottle, and many other amenities described in the property description. Despite this, we accepted the room as it was better than the others. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

Its an okay place. Basic amenties in place but the building where this is situated is not really good. Construction is not dones since ages and building material is lying everwhere. Its not exactly safe to be alone there, because its really quite and no one is there on the level. Only one security guard is there that too in the ground floor, while the stay is on 5th and 6th floor. Its budget friendly no doubt.

Everything is fine, but not maintained. I booked my stay and checked in, but i had to leave within 3 hrs, because the ac was not working and the bed and sofa was clean but had bugs, it started itching and the washroom was not clean.

Stay was good. For water they have r. O. During summers they should also provide cold bottles or refrigerator

Location is good , but you have to walk lot to reach at lift , if any old person not good for them , bathroom tap was leaking and bedsheet and room was not clean. It was ok ok stay .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at taj studios, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, i was warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made me feel right at home.

It’s a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this place and i would definitely want to come back to this place again.

pathetic property, pathetic host. doesn't know about hospitality. 😡

The room was clean but the amenities were not good firstly the tv was broken and there was no cutlery too and the caretaker is lethargic

The room they provided was pathetic - the room as shown in the picture was different from what they had given. Then we spent 30-45 minutes in seeing 2-3 rooms and then finalizing one. All the rooms looked the same. Even more, the balcony was dirty and the host said that your room is being changed you will have to pay extra. Then somehow she agreed to change the room and then the caretaker spent another 30 minutes in cleaning the balcony - no dustbin, no handtowel. We had to call him for these basic essentials. Then while checkout we informed the caretaker we will be checking out in half an hour for which he said an extra amount is to be paid for late checkout. Zero cooperation and pathetic services. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Room was ok few issues, bed was kind of broken, washroom lock was jammed, and no lock for balcony door, side table were not there by bed so hard to keep your phone if charging, and the building is under construction so its quite empty in night

Completely terrible stay….. 1- no blanket in cold in spite of request from all the concerned and responsible person 2- no heater was provided in spite of too many requests from all the persons…local caretaker behaviour was very unprofessional,rude and aggressive. 3- whole night I was shivering from cold but didn’t get any response inspite of too many requests….. 4- finally I had to checkout on 19 jan …. 5-complete wastage of money….that is not the stay place …felt cheated and insecured also.. I was so shocked….as whole night I was shivering from cold
