Hotel is quite good & onboarding was also good but there is no flexibility in check in while all others branches having this facility.Management must have to think about this.

Overall property is fantastic. Rooms at very good looking and Hygiene, location is easily reachable just 5 min. ride from Rameshwaram Railway Station. Food is very good.

Undoubtedly The best property in rameshwaram. Being the only 5 star property available in rameshwaram it's the best. The staffs are excellent and caring and care to explain and help the guests. excellent service and Food

Staying at The Residency Towers , Rameswaram was memorable, all segments of the stay were comfortable and cherishable.., right from comfort rooms, which were maintained well, with all the latest amenities.., the restaurants ambience was very good.. , food spread covered all the needs and, it was very tasty and authentic..All good.., before I conclude I need to mention the hospitality attitude of the staff .. , all good..I pray that Lord of Rameswaram Shree Ramanatheswara blesses each of the staff members with abundant blessings.. Ours was a short tour to visit the Rameshwaram mandir. As I had previously stayed and had a memorable experience at The Residency Towers, Chennai, I chose to stay at the same at Rameshwaram. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and facilities offered by the hotel, including the sumptuous breakfast spreads. Overall, a wonderful experience. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are decent. But the f&b service needs serious attention, very poor management in the restaurant.

We have ordered evening snacks which wasn’t that good which needs to be improved

Room is tidy& clean. Lobby had a pleasant fragrance, and reception staffs are kind & welcoming. Breakfast is tasty & wide variety. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The hotel is just perfect. The room are neat and clean. Bathrooms spacious and impeccable. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. super fast laundry service. I highly recommend to stay here.

They first informed booking was cancelled . Later they confirmed booking after charged INR 1200/- extra .

Good stay. Room cleanliness 5/5 , restaurant 5/5. 2km from temple but auto available easily if concerned about parking car.
