Decent and neat rooms. better to arrange car parking. food is tasty and quick room service

good location easy to access for bus and easy to access all buses and travaling also tooo easy and near by godavari view and walking and water activities also available

While the hotel offers satisfactory amenities, the hospitality provided by the staff falls short of expectations.

Not upto the mark and not worth for the money that we pay. They should have provided more basic amenities.

Don't book any hotel though makemytrip. Instead, book directly by calling the hotel. Both makemytrip and hotel play with us citing each other as blockers when there is some issue with the booking. Has a very bad experience with makemytrip when trying to cancel my booking. Makemytrip cites the reason that hotel does not accept cancel-ling and they can't do anything. When checked with hotel, they say contact makemytrip as they are the platform used for this booking. Also, the stay was not worth the price we paid. Could have got it for much cheaper price had we booked directly.

Worst experience. Staff are very arrogant and not supportive. Food is horrible and i got house fly in my food. Not at all recommended.

No hot water fecility, they told that after 6pm only they will give. Ac is also not working properly

No hot water, no ac, no water bottle. I have to pursue to get all these. The reception staff are rude! not for family customers

Room was clean but ambience of room was not good. Overall great experience. Also special mention about the reception area, it was the best portion of the hotel. Thank you for your service.

Why don't you check out while putting something on display? there's no mini fridge, prices were too high for everything. And check in before 12 also got us in trouble. Isn't that terrible? we roam outside to pass the time. Wah! thank you. A lot to discuss it's so far enough.

No hot water, ac not working. We lost our things since hotel maintenance taken keys when we went out. House cleaning people stolen my valuable things

Unhygienic, no proper food but room menu is not comparable. Rude behaviour, no proper lighting in room

Location is good and even the food is good. But the pricing is extravagant.
Safety precautions being followed. The room maintenance is good too

Not satisfied. It's ok hotel. Food is ok.
It is not great hotel. Room is ok but pillows and bedsheets are not hygiene. They put white transparent curtains for windows no privacy. No phone numbers like reception, restaurant not displayed in room.

Can do better. I understand covid has made hotels to reduce staff, but they can certainly improve. Staff were very helpful l and recieved us well and solved certain problems like flies in room, ac not working at check in, dth not working at check in lol, but they solved all of those within 15 min.

We came 2 hours early and for that 2 hour early check-in they charged extra. Very bad. They told about the extra charge during checkout.

Average stay. Normal facilities. No sufficient lights in the night. Room service is very slow.
