Found the pugmark resort through MMT, and found it to be excellent. The food was great, the pool is the best part. The staff is also very friendly.

Location of property is good adjacent to backwater of IRai Dam. Cleanliness is average. The quality of food is good also staff from kitchen is cooperative. As there is not so many options available it is good for overnight stay.

Hotel says no alcohol but lot of stags were drinking outside their rooms and also in the swimming pool. My kid was disappointed that she wasn’t able to use the pool. For families I would advise not to book.

Had a wonderful stay at Pugmark Resort! The hospitality is top-notch, especially the food — delicious and always served on time. The rooms are clean, neat, and comfortable. The resort is conveniently located just 1.5 km from all safari zones, with easy pickup and drop services from the station and to all safari gates, which made our travel seamless. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great service, this is the place to be!

Pugmark was a great stay amidst the beautiful forests of Tadoba. We stayed here for 4 nights and it did not fall short to treat us with utter satisfaction. Right from rooms , property cleanliness , service and most importantly the staff was worth mentioning. We enjoyed the stay and did not feel it was a jungle property basis the services we got. Food was also decent with multiple options available throughout the day. i had a special ocassion and it also well managed and arranged for. Improvement areas - Wi-Fi connectivity at room was almost nil which needs to be improved as post safaris people spend time at their room and hotel should have option to pay using cards which was not there . A 4.5-5 star rating for sure.

The lodge is overpriced. Food is ok rooms are below average. Dormitory is placed in the extreme corner. We asked for upgrade they asked us to pay extra. Not at all work the price. Staff good and food is average.

Oh, that's quite a different experience compared to the previous reviews I saw. It sounds like your stay at the lodge didn't quite meet your expectations, especially regarding the price, room quality, and the location of the dormitory. sorry but its resort policy for the upgrade request came with an extra charge. While it's good to hear that you found the staff helpful and the good food , it sounds like the overall value wasn't there for you. Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. familyIt's a budget option at the most. The housekeeping staff is good and polite but the reception is ill managed and the marketing team is misleading. The room allotted to us though spacious is not well maintained. The marketing team told us they will help us in doing safari bookings but they did not hence we ended up with no safari as it was all full by the time we arrived. They even denied that they ever promised to help us with safari bookings. The food in the restaurant is quite spicy and oily so if you are planning to eat there keep it simple and choose simple vegetarian stuff.
