Hotel O City Center

Service is poor, staff not so interactive, room was bad, breakfast not provided even fees included

good rooms cooperative hotel staff but boothrooms standard not maintained other ok.

Location of the hotel in the city centre wasn't mentioned near the exact place, that's why it's more difficult to find the hotel. In Hotel O City Centre, a kitchen isn't available, so we had included our breakfast, but they told us they're not able to serve breakfast. The hotel room wasn't clean as shown in the image on the hotel site; the quality of the room was very poor.

no food, no proper location, terrible location, every where liquor shop, bar, on booking he charged me breakfast but not available kitchen, so please refund my break fast amount

Rooms were very smelly also they don’t have breakfast but they are taking this option while the booking.

the hotel overcharged inr above the booking amount stating the reason that the hotel has its own rules and rates. Rehna hai too extra paise bharo nahi too kahi aur jao never stay at this place if you have your family along with you. They will deny the accommodation very rudely and tell you to leave the place unless you are ready to pay more as per their convenience. The place is very unhygienic, smelling bad. The toilets are worse than public toilet. The bed and linen had stains.

When i reached at hotel then they said u have to pay extra money. I said already paid money that shown booking. They said if u not paid extra money to us they will not give room to me. I am already tired due to travelling and heat so i paid

I stayed at this hotel before my tadoba trip. This is a newly constructed place. The food was pretty good and the rooms were clean ) the room service staff - if they could be a little more customer friendly, that'll take this hotel's experience to another level.
