Review Of THE PLATINUM HOTEL

Clean and big rooms, service was little slow but overall okay. Little isolated area. Food is good. Need to work on bees and mosquitoes.

Food was good, there was no hot water in the bathroom or room service was not satisfactory. No one available to attend before 8. 30am. Overall it was average experience, not very great but not too bad either.

Staff behaviour was very poor service of restaurant & hotel both are pathetic room acs are not working complimentary breakfast was not served properly

The ambience of the hotel was very good. The rooms were near and clean. The washrooms were clean. Food was very good the hospitality of the staff and the owner was fabulous.

Very clean hotel. Staff very polite. Food excellent. Room service excellent. Rooms big, clean. Bedding excellent.

Stay was not at all comfortable. Staff not so courteous. They couldn't provide bed tea and breakfast as the staff including the front office attendant is only available after 9. 30 am in the morning

Due to all night party dj, u cant even have a wink of sleep, my family remain disturbed through out the night to hgh dj songs throug out the night.
