Very poorly maintained, dirty bathroom, water was not available properly in bathroom. Breakfast is not available

The hotel was the most dirty and unhygienic hotel i have ever seen. The staff was very unprofessional and impolite. The manager simply did not bother to manage anything starting from a broken window, missing remote of the AC and breakfast.

Room was not proper cleaned there were so many insects there There was no floor mat or any cloth to clean the water pr after coming from bathroom wifi was not working and Room was smelly ac was working well btw so overall okay okay experience

If anybody coming for Tripura Sundari (a.k.a. Matabari) temple darshan, then u will miss the 04:00 morning darshan as the hotel management closes the shutter at night and opens at 4:30 to safeguard the property from any likelihood of theft. Although I had a very pleasant experience with me as the first pilgrim to reach at around 05:00 due to lack of transport facility (autos start running only after 5:00) . Proximity (around 2.6Km) of the hotel to the temple is deeply appreciated as one can walk his way through in the morning. I faced issue with hotel management regarding the shutter opening and water not coming in the bathroom. Rest was fine. Clean bed and good atmosphere. Perfect for pilgrimage stay. People around the temple especially the auto drivers are very helping and have deep respect for the pilgrims who arrive there. Book only if u r fine with 5-6 slot for darshan given the auto availablity and shutter opening timings as discussed above.

Hotel was in a terrible, it was not clean at all. There were mosquitos everywhere, felt like room was last cleaned more than a few weeks ago. Partha nath ji was very helpful though, he was very attentive and responsive. So 2 stars are for him. Toilet was very bad, water licking from the toilet bowl, i think there was a mouse as well which came in the night and took the soap bar away.

As there was no other option available hotel was okay for me as i wasn’t expecting much a bit far from matabari temple

Geyser doesn't work, issues with water supply, issues with power back up in case of power cuts.

Young people manage this place, so courteous, arranged for food outside of their menu, gave me a tea kettle n all so that i could have my tea at 5am very close to tripureshwari shakti peeth, it was pleasantly surprising to have such nice stay in such a small place for their courtesy and effort i would give them five stars

They have parking facilities. The location is convenient as it is in The main Town. The staff behaviour was helpful and friendly. The Hotel is safe and secured. The room was spacious and comfortable and The washroom was clean. The property is value for money. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a great stay in a peaceful location.

Breakfast is very bed. Room is good.

Well no power backup. No cable connection. They recharged cable when I insisted. No phone to call reception. Very bad toilet. Food quantity is very less as per their prices. Not value for money.
