Review Of The Hotel Ratan Royal INN

I booked a hotel in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. As soon as I entered the hotel and told the hotel reception that a room is booked in my name, the staff present there welcomed me most and our luggage was delivered to our deluxe room by their staff. When I booked food, the food arrived within 5 minutes. Breakfast and tea were also served on time in the morning and my experience with MakeMyTrip was very wonderful. Now whenever I book a hotel, I will do it through MakeMyTrip only. I give MakeMyTrip a rating of excellence. Thank you so much.

Trying to explain in simple words। Terrible experience in staying at this property। Don't say Royal say it terrible, horrifying। Neighbors were drunken । we stayed only 7 hrs there and scene was so pathetic। liquor party was going on । shouting and crying was on full volume। 1 bottle artificial (local) RO water was provided। no meal inspite of asking। several times। no hygiene no sanitation not even a single amenities were provided। Tea was full with Sugar ।

The first room allotted was downright filthy and covered in dust, when we pointed out, they allotted a second room where the geyser was not working so they shifted us to a third room which was just about ok……first thing in the morning there was no water in the bathroom due to a pump failure and they had no backups.

We had booked 4 rooms in the hotel, but the hotel staff our 4th room to some other customer. They did not have any other room available, hence one of our guests had to sleep on the floor.

Property is good, food good, safety good but reception performance is so poor no hot water in washroom no cattle for tea in room

Property is located in the outskirts of datia providing a wholesome view of this beautiful city. The food was really good and staff was maintaining very good hygiene as per standards.

Rooms are spacious, clean and good interior.

No any room service. You don't get water after 10.30 pm. No any auto, shop and market near hotel.

Very bad experience. Very dirty bedsheets, very bad washroom, water not passing out of the basin, storing in basin, towel provided was like a door mat, very bad.
