Very Bad response .. whole night lights cut off even ... food not good fully oily .... very bad response... whole night hum whole family so nhi sake .. baar baar usko call kra lights ke liye .. even usse phle rooms main heat thi ....pani supply band thi night 12o clock to morning 6'o clock .. even breakfast nhi krne par only evening ka bill adjustment bola tha mna kar diya .... make my trip i request you pls remove in your app

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENC
It was a worst experience of a hotel stay booked through MMT. We have booked a luxury tent, highest price tent at the said hotel. However, when we enter in the room, it was in pathetic condition. There was no tv, phone and electric kettle which were mentioned as amenities of the tent. When we reported the matter to MMT, initially, MMT also tried to shrug its responsibility. However, when we insisted, the hotel gave dinner as complementary. However, the worst part started in the evening/night when the hotel was hosting a private function of more than 100 persons just outside out tent. The guest of that private person even using our tent area such as chair, table and front portion of the tent which was part of our tent. Despite lodging out protest, nothing was done either by the MMT or by the hotel management. the said private functioned started around 08:00 pm and ended around 11:00 PM. In this period, we were forced to stay in our tent and we could not even come out from the tent as there were several persons sitting and eating as well shouting just outside out tent. this type of fraudulent conduct on part of the hotel management is absolutely condemnable. The MMT tried to pursuade the hotel management but nothing was done by the hotel and my entire night wasted in making complaint qua this issue through MMT. Breakfast was also part of our package but it was also horrible. Only 2-3 items were there in the breakfast which were tasteless. Thus, this hotel is a fraud and one should never stay in this hotel. MMT should blacklist this hotel in order to protect its customer.

Poor Stay
The Service at the property was poor, although the staff was friendly but it does not matter when it takes you 2 hours to just get ice. Now options in breakfast, the room was although clean, but the pool was dirty, the water smelled. Making the experience not worth remembering.

The tent was not clean. There was power outage in my stay. I tried tea which was not at all good. Felt like drinking warm water. On website it was mentioned drinking water available. They only gave us 2 ltrs of water bottle.

The location was good staff was good but the rooms were not upto the mark there was some kind of smell in the room and also there was nearly nothing in breakfast buffet just bananas and parantha so it was pretty much average experience

Property is excellent and staff is helpful. Food was tasty and yummy. We have 40th anniversary so we have good time. Property is walking distance of bhrma and savitri temple.
