Hotel heigine was not good. Food was average. Service was not good. Phone was not working.

Room's condition was not up to my expectations. The lack of cleanliness and outdated appearance are certainly concerning. The absence of towels and the cramped space likely added to discomfort.

Stay was very comfortable. But food hygiene is a very big problem. My ordered dish was ok. But the kimchi salad with the dish was not very good. Because of that salad I got bad stomach all night.

Wifi facility doesn't come in room. Rooms are not cleaned during the day.

Hotel staff was not professional as much. They charge high per day, but as per city and hotel standard it is costly. Even they don’t have iron for customers. Till 11 AM they don’t have chef for breakfast. Usually in hotels 11 is finish time of breakfast. No towel in washroom .
