Hotel GNI

Hotel and staff was very good and staff behaviour was very polite. They also provided warm water from geyser. Next time i also prefer bookings from makemytrip.

1. The hotel is mess, no cleanliness, upgrading room charges are huge, room was like lobby closed and door fixed with no ventilation. Staff is arrogant and money looters.

Poor for business person stay for one day or two days

Service was so amazing. Location of the Hotel at near bus stand as well as railway Station. You can easily find the Hotel.

Good hotel, good stay, good service.

I came for a conference in Punjabi university. My stay was arranged by the organizers for 3 days. My flight was on the next day and I decided to stay somewhere near the Patiala bus stand so that I can catch the bus to Delhi the next morning. The cheapest hotel I could find was guru nanak inn. I booked a single bed room. The room was pretty. It was clean and cozy. The toilet was clean. Although the room was small but for a single person I think it was okay. In fact it's the cheapest you can get. Its 400-500 meters away from Patiala station and bus stand, just in the middle of the market area. You can have access to the cheap dhabas that were just nearby. The staffs were well behaved. I really liked the place.

Basic amenities like electricity back up and bathroom facility are very poor.

Poor management and dirty room

Room is too small and no any air in the room full of suffocation this room I feel very disappointed.

Mattress was to hard I cant sleep whole night and the bathroom door was also broken Not even we can't close it also I want to add there is no ventilation in the whole I feel like someone has put a cloth on my nose This is what I feel the whole night.

Hotel bad services. And not clean. Bathroom. And bed.

Overall not good service there.

Stay was not like i expected. Night gone too tough too stay. Reception man is not responsive.
Can I get my money, I spent there is the big favor.

Hotel location is absolutely fine because it is very near to bus stand as well as railway station. It is located in main market. Rooms were very small or I would say tiny. Bathrooms are like pathetic, it was so small that a person can not even stand properly.

Worst experience no parking dirty and very small rooms seems to be third class type hotel looks like hostel from inside and hot water facility is not available there also the manner less staff are responsible for 1 star rating.

Windows not available Room size is 9x8 very small room Washroom very small in size Mattresses are zero Staff is not too good they wanted extraa money to bring items. Towels and bedsheets must be changed Or this hotel should be removed from MMT list because same time on next day I have hired hotel Goodwin in 450 with AC room and large sized room and great experience I am sharing next day pics of stay at Godwin and also bill of the hotel Godwin Please MMT return my money
