The hotel was okay overall — nothing special, but it served its purpose. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. However, the ambience was lacking. The lobby felt dull and outdated, and the common areas didn’t feel very welcoming or well-maintained. It didn’t have the cozy or relaxing atmosphere you'd hope for in a hotel stay. Good for a short stay if you're not too concerned with aesthetics or atmosphere, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation or special occasins

it is good for a single person to stay.... rooms are small... cleaning is average as I had stain marks on bedsheet..

Hi, i have been stayed there for 2 days, rooms were not good, lot of mosquitoes and other insects where lying on the bed, no proper soaps Towels where worst not washed at all No proper hot water, no room service was done And cost of the room is very high, totally its waste of time to stay in this hotel please dont provide stay for next time its a humble request team 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Rooms are less Breathable,Bathrooms were not maintained and not Heigine and without AC Rooms are Not advisable here because there is no way for fresh air.

The room floor is very sticky and has a bad smell in the room, earlier it was good now it has become worse. They need to improve their talking style towards guests and improve the cleanliness.

The location was convenient and close to market. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally polite. What could be improved: Cleanliness could have been better like the stickiness of the floor and bathroom condition. Some amenities were lacking or not well-maintained like Wi-Fi was spotty. Overall, it was a functional place to stay, and they have the potential to improve.

They have shown 1550 sq ft in the website while booking but they have allocated a small room where i felt so suffocated even i wasn't able to breathe they are asking about how many people are going to stay, i said alone. So they said this room is suitable for you, hope you can adjust. It doesn't matter what room size you have booked and all. It was a bad experience at all. After having a long conversation with manager i have upgraded the room by paying additional money

Location - good. Need to pest control many cockroaches are in rooms. Food is okk. Room service is 1 hour waiting.

Staff is polite, but there's a lot of scope to improve cleanliness and hygiene. My room had many small coocroaches. Restaurant food was ok but kitchen looked very dirty. Overall a very average highway hotel

Property is very bad, no ac, full property was under pest control service, bed speard, bed sheet untidy, room was stinking.

The service was ok, but the heater was not working also at that price i got a better room which had great amenities than swathi residency.

Hotel located at excellent center place near nh. Compounded hotel with spaces parking facilities and security. Water, cleanness' are acceptable.

Stay okay, ac is leaking, no kettle, restaurant attached, good dinner, lift is not working, we have to use stairs

Room is decent enough and accessibility is good because in highway. However bed linen and towels and all can be better. Looks little costly without breakfast as complimentary

Their is a provision of hot water system, but it's not working. Even complaining also no one has taken care. Everyday cleaning and changing of towels, bed sheets is not happening. Even extra pill o also not provided. ( we hv booked for 3 adults) so many. Issues overall not satisfied
