Plus, the location is perfect for exploring Hampi. One of the best things is the owner is super helpful - they provided great info on rental bikes and autos, making it easy for me to get around. The rooms are very clean and have good hospitality taken care of by reception. Will prefer to go one who is looking for comfortable stay.
