Clean rooms, responsive and cooperative owner. Good experience. Makemytrip created problems for us but luckily the hotel owner saved us a lot of trouble.

Very basic hotel, does not provide towel or coffee maker. Even rooms are very small. Good for a pitstop while travel-ling through nh 16, though it is 5 kms inside. Car parking beside the road.

Stayed 2 days at svs novotel, devarapalli and had a wonderful experience. The room is comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment to stay. The hospitality was good, with the staff being supportive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience in town.
