Had a great experience at the restaurant! The food was excellent and the service made it even better. Dev and Juhita were wonderful, attentive, and welcoming throughout. Special thanks to Raja and the front desk representative at night for being so helpful and courteous. Truly a pleasant visit!

Room service was very poor. Don't go to room 610; the door lock was not good, and the balcony door was stuck hard to open. The restaurant service is good, but the prices are a little high.

There were only few options available for food..property was too old to stay, no modification totally. Wooden floors and lock systems are damaged. TV is not working. Furnitures are too old to manage.

The food are overpriced and the taste is so bare minimum, Staff response are so poor, they can't even control a peace environment, a group of boys are shouting and make unnecessary noise they can't even control them. A very bad experience at all

very bad experience.there is lots of issue like no hygiene in rooms and bathrooms insects are there, no any staff is there taking care, no maintenace, power cuts for for 1 hours no backup terrible in darkness, , no one taking response to any need or complain.swimming pool with lots of dengu mosquitoes.outside the hotle room,many drunk people were partying and playing loud music at 2 am night there is not security at all.i want my full refund

The entire resort is extremely beautiful. We frequently stay here as everything about this resort is highly professional. The food, the rooms, the location, the view, the behavior of the staff members, everything is top notch. I will highly recommend this resort to others for their next stay. Also, would like to compliment Raja Dutta, for his very kind and helpful nature.

The stay was good , the property was clean however the rooms can have proper bright lighting. It was kinda gloomy but apart from that everything was good , the staffs were very friendly. Quick service 24x7. I would recommend this property

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel due to several serious issues: 1. No Welcome Drink Provided: Although my booking clearly included a welcome drink, the staff failed to offer it or even acknowledge it. 2. Breakfast Not Provided: Breakfast was also included in my booking, but I was not served any. This is unacceptable and misleading. 3. Electricity Outage: There was no electricity for at least 5 hours during my stay, with no prior notice or assistance from the staff. Overall, the staff were unhelpful, and the basic amenities promised in the booking were not delivered. I do not recommend this hotel and expect appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused.
