Good Stay
The villa is beautiful and right opposite the beach. The caretakers are wonderful and guided us properly where to come. The only drawback is its one room in a villa so with multiple guests in all other rooms you are limited to your room and inside the room there is no tv or anything for entertainment. Apart from that very well maintained rooms and good experience

Excellent Stay
I had a great stay at sulo villa. we spent two nights at the property and everything was just perfect. location 10/10, caretaker Rajkumar and his wife 10/10, food prepared by them 10/10. I will surely come back again to this property and highly recommend for group/family.

Good Stay
There are two approach roads to the villa - one of them was in very bad condition (Silver Sands route) and the rickshaw refused to take the road. The property managers should have informed this beforehand. Also, the roads around Malpe beach area are not in good condition (in Sep-2025), so moving around was difficult. The beach was good (even though the main Malpe beach was crowded). Here is a thing about the villa stay - it's shared by 4 other families, so privacy is not much. Having said that, it's cheaper and the caretaker here made fresh breakfast (Note: kitchen cannot be used by guests) and its just 50 mtrs from a secluded part of Malpe beach (note this area is being developed into parking lot for the beach by govt). The house is in pristine condition (including the toilets).

If you are planning a home stay this is you destination at Malpu
It was a nice stay of 3 days. The caretaker Rajkumar served us with great hospitality. We had delicious lunch and dinner within a nominal price.

Good Stay
soloLocation was very good, just next to the beach, they provide free breakfast, options are free but taste was very good. Not much amenities. Place is neat and clean. But there's no luxury features. They allow pets.

Not worth the price charged if you're getting a ground floor rooms !
couplePros - 1. Good locality 2. Good care taker 3. The cleanliness of the room and property overall cons - 1. Ground floor rooms have visible windows, since there's a common sitout area for all guests, you need to keep the screens closed every now and then, so better check once you book if you can get a property upstairs. 2. Didn't like the attitude of owner dimple when we shared our concerns regarding the visible windows and how we need to keep the screens closed every-time and that defeats the purpose of the sea facing room experience, instead of making us understand why we can't get an exchange of room in a decent manner, she started asking us back illogical questions, she wasn't capable to understand our concerns ! 3. Lack of south indian options for breakfast.

We are so sorry you were disappointed about the room you were given. 4 of our 5 rooms are sea facing, however there are two rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the 1st floor. This is given out on first come first serve basis, People in fact request us for a ground floor room as it has direct access to the verandah. However if you are kind enough to visit us again we will make sure a sea facing room on the 1st floor will be given. With regards to the breakfast, we alternate with different foods each day and some days South Indian fare may not be served. We are so sorry to hear you were not served South Indian food. The location of the property is excellent just next to malpe beach. Food provided by the caretaker is tasty. Though u have to share the lobby with other guests in the house it is worth for accessibility to the beach and peaceful surrounding

Amazing exp
Had a great stay at Sullo Villa. It is right in front of beach and you can sight peacocks in the backyard. The caretaker is good and helpful. This is a great place for workation. Would definitely want to come back again!

Excellent Stay
We had an amazing stay at sula villa for 4 days. The location of villa is excellent, with beach in right in front and peacocks in the backyard! great place for workation. The caretaker was very good and helpful. Plus point is it is a well maintained and clean property. The complimentary breakfast was good. Will definitely want to come back here again!

Good Stay
Sula villa is located at an ideal place for a getaway from city life's hustle and bustle. Once you step out of the property you'll land in the malpe beach. Rooms and beds we're neat and clean with necessary customary things. The caretaker rajkumar took care of to his full ability. On the things to improve side, families with kids would need a king size bed as beds we're too small. Also, it would be better to have full length or big mirrors in rooms. Overall it was an pleasant experience.

Had a pleasant stay in this villa. Located close to malpe beach and very calm and quiet place. Breakfast was awesome. I will definitely recommend to others if they are looking for stay near malpe beach.
