Excellent service Mr Sai who is receptionist is very helpful. After my checkout I forgot one of my Backpack in the vehicle parking cellular and left from there we didn’t loaded the backpack in our vehicle, on the way to airport in between I remembered and called to hotel Mr Sai found the bag and kept it safely till we collected.

The Room is excellent. it's just perfect for stay. I was skeptical in the beginning, but the experience is worth the buck. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures of MMT.

The bed which is in the room is not up to the mark in terms of comfort. We don't have photos

Location is good but there is no kitchen as described in amenities and there is only one common dining hall for 10 rooms. Bathrooms are average. There was lot of disturbance in guest house during our stay as there were some works going on. Caretaker is good. Except that everything else is average.

Excellent front office with fabulous receiving. Rooms are clean and neat. Well recommended premium place and comfort stay.

Booked this guesthouse to accommodate guests and here is the experience:1. Booked one club room & one single room for 5 guests. 2. Absolutely no response from the staff when we tried reaching them on phone. 3. Guests arrived around 9pm and were told that there’s only one room booked for them and made them to adjust in 2 rooms telling them that they are making a favour by giving one more room. 5. Guests were repeatedly called to make extra payment by manager and his assistant. 6. When confronted in person, the chat history clearly shows 3 rooms booked for 2 nights stay for 5 guests. 7. was rude, unapologetic after realising his mistake. 8. He ultimately conceded and gave additional rooms as per the booking, but the damage was done. Just avoid this place.

Hotel is clean and maintained ok. But there is no restaurant etc. There is no prompt attention even in reception. We have to wait for the receptionist to come for may be for 15 to 20 minutes. Hope there is very less occupation of rooms that is why there is negligence.

Guest suite is well located, close to all amenities. Manager RamaKrishna was very helpful and taken good care .
