Excellent Stay

Poorly managed but expensive villa stay
The place is built well but very poorly maintained. The cleanliness is not proper, there were cobwebs, dust everywhere inside the house and on the furniture as well. The bedsheets and towels did not seem fresh and overall the hygiene level was below average Coming to food, the caretaker is very slow and has a poor judgement on food quantity. There was no papad, veggies or other flours even when the menu was agreed in advance with them. Taste of the food was average but the service was slow and poor. My mother had to step into the kitchen and assist so that everyone could get food on time. Overall this place is not worth the price and doesn't meet even a 3 star rating

Beautiful place
familyPlace is really beautiful, the rooms and facilities are neat and big. Needed better dry cleaning of drapes and upholstery.

Excellent Stay
The property was very good, as advertised. Pool was clean. Staff was really good and the food prep was great. Felt like home and we had a great family time.

Amazing staycation
We visited Alibaug for the first time, as often our travel destination is to Lonavala, but we are truly enjoyed our trip to Alibaug. We booked moksha villa by vista rooms. And i must say it is more beautiful than it looks in picture. From the entrance of the villa to its rooms -all and everything is beautiful. The entrance leads to the lush green lawn area which is huge and all filled with greenery of plants and tree. The is just in center of the huge lawn and just as it the pool is also large and with a good height. Gazebo with the table tennis made a perfect spot for evening to enjoy the drinks and snacks. We enjoyed the music in hall room and chilled after the dip in pool there. Each rooms had a unique style and was tastefully decorated with sculptures, books and all necessity were taken care of. Meals prepared by the caretaker was delicious and his service helped us alot. Everything in this villa is well taken care off and well maintained - specially all the bathrooms. Open shower in one room, library in other room and swing in another room. Each room has something special just as the vibe of the villa made us feel. Would love to visit soon back here again.

Worst stay
The property was not well maintained. The Rooms and windows were not clean enough. The staffs were cooperative. The property hygiene was not that good and the power backup facility was not working as well.

Beautiful property
groupVery beautiful property with tastefully done furniture and well maintained also. However caretaker is not available most of the time and it is difficult to get him. Need to add breakfast and snacks as it is difficult to get it otherwise. Property is very good.
