Terrible Experience
No WiFi.. no AC in the hall area whr a group always sits n enjoy together.. the Cooler broke down.. we were provided with table fan and it was very suffocating.. water leakage from ceiling in Hall area.. we couldn’t sit in the wet sofa..accept the food n pool nothing was good.. very very bad experience.. every 10mins power failure.. Would never recommend such place to anyone.. just terrible

familyThe villa is well-maintained and chic, entire property is quite huge overseeing a lake! the location is secluded which makes it even more calm and quieter. A perfect place to chill with your friends and family. Can’t find a better place near mumbai

Poor Stay
The villa is very small and should jot be allowed to accommodate more than 6 people. The main caretaker of the house was not available on the villa at all. He left us under the care of two workers who were very local and untrained. We were served lunch at 3 pm when we asked for it at 1:30. Cleaning of the house was delayed due to shortage of staff. Basic change of hand towels was not done in two days. Cleaning was done at around 1pm after repeated chasers. The garden was not mowed at all, so we couldnt even walk on it. Kitchen drawers and utensils were extremely unclean and had food stains all over. After meal, utensils were cleaned really bad with food particles still remaining on the utensils. Overall it was a pathetic experience and the main reason being there was no well trained caretaker for the same. Unclean drawers. And utensils

Food quality was terrible cleanliness not upto mark flies and insects 24 hrs complimentary no microwave/stove drinking water not supplied cooler running dry without water

Good property| good experience
groupThe villa is located at a somewhat secluded location - the last 2kms are not good roads, but using maps you can reach there easily. Whatever is shown in the photos, everything is pretty much exactly as is mentioned. The rooms are clean, enough space for max 9 people to occupy but 6 for a comfortable stay (2 each in 3 bedrooms. The caretakers were really good - food provided was excellent in taste and took good care and addressed all our issues and requests(if any) things to note: 1. There's no wifi on the property, but most service providers work alright 2. You need to choose your food options (from a set menu ) for each day a couple of days before traveling for eg: we needed to decide and inform the property about what we wanted to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 days. Plus options are very limited. Outside food is not allowed so you have to end up choosing from the set menu (not saying food is not great - but having to decide all meals for everyone 2days before travel is a bit far-fetched) they do mention that they need to procure all groceries but the market is ~2kms from the property so they could technically do it on the same day. Plus the menu options are limited to choose from. Food pricing is 1200/pp/day for breakfast (200/lunch (400/high tea (200)and dinner(400. You do have the option to opt out of lunch or dinner but other 2 are mandatory. Overall we had a great time, enjoyed our stay at a wonderful property close to nature (huge garden outside) and would definitely recommend it to others but just be aware of a few things regarding food before planning your trip.
