The rooms were clean and cosy. Manageable for one night. Support from hotel staff was not great. Needed to follow up so many times for blanket

rooms have less space and bathroom cum toilet is terrible, no stool to sit and take bath, very very congested space in toitel cum bathroom

Too far from the Temple. It is expensive. You will have to travel about 3.5 km to reach the temple.

Rooms, wash rooms and linens are near and clean but need to take steps for keeping the surrounding especially the front entry part of the hotel, neat and clean. Attendant, Pradeep from Bengal is a good guy.

Nice place, easy to find the location, food is not available or not arranged, amenity is good , services also nice

In ssm mahal it was clean but there was no table or nothing and the owner was also not providing proper facility as he wanted to save maybe and no proper ventilation in the room

Room was not that clean (bedsheet. Parking was pathetic (below tree, where the birds made damage to my car. Toilet flush was leaking. Pathetic common area light

Hotel is a bit far from temple. Environment was nice and suitable. Service was okay hospitality is just okay. Main problem is no proper place to eat near by

Staffs were rude and they denied providing towels, blankets and even drinking water. They forced us to purchase water. Washroom wasn't clean. Ac wasn't working.

Rooms are ok for the price during the season, bathrooms are average. But management does not provide towels and needs to improve the quality of bedsheets and bathroom amenities.

Very bad experience, staff is totally uncooperative and the washroom was dirty and the flush tank not working, totally no value for money

There was shortage of hotel due to peak season and booked the room in ss mahal but to my surprise, the hotel is very neat and clean with all amenities and stay was wonderful
