Rooms, wash rooms and linens are near and clean but need to take steps for keeping the surrounding especially the front entry part of the hotel, neat and clean. Attendant, Pradeep from Bengal is a good guy.

In ssm mahal it was clean but there was no table or nothing and the owner was also not providing proper facility as he wanted to save maybe and no proper ventilation in the room

Staffs were rude and they denied providing towels, blankets and even drinking water. They forced us to purchase water. Washroom wasn't clean. Ac wasn't working.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Due to increase in number of booking we couldn’t provide enough towels. This is already addressed, sorry for the inconvenience.

Very good stay

familyThere was shortage of hotel due to peak season and booked the room in ss mahal but to my surprise, the hotel is very neat and clean with all amenities and stay was wonderful
